Delete your Galleried account

You can permanently delete your Galleried account and its data at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Galleried app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (from your profile).
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Can’t sign in?

Email privacy@galleried.co from any email address with the subject “Delete my account” and tell us the email address you signed up with. We’ll verify the request belongs to the account owner and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and profile
  • Your collectibles and collections
  • Your photos and other media
  • Your memories, valuations, and value history

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep

  • Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups and server logs until those systems cycle out; we restrict use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
